Bright Kids World understands the importance of shipping products safely and efficiently to you! Shipping costs have dramatically increased, and it is most cost-effective for you to place one larger order rather than several smaller ones. Following are our shipping rates to the United States and general shipping information.

Ground Shipping Delivery via USPS Parcel Post:
  • 48 Continental US States: shipped via USPS Parcel Post and normally takes 5-10 business days
  • Alaska: shipped USPS Parcel Post and normally takes 14-21 business days
  • Hawaii: shipped USPS Parcel Post and normally takes 11-15 business days
Ground Shipping Delivery via USPS Priority Mail:
  • 48 Continental US States: normally takes 2-3 days delivery
  • Not available for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii
 
Three Day Delivery is via Fed Ex Express Saver and takes 3 business days. If an order is received on Monday, 3rd Day Air delivery will be on Thursday. Orders must be received by 12:00 noon Mountain Time. Three Day Delivery is not available for Hawaii and Alaska delivery.
 
Two Day Air Delivery is via Fed Ex 2Day Delivery and takes 2 business days. If an order is received on Monday, 2nd Day Air delivery will be on Wednesday. Orders must be received by 12:00 noon Mountain Time. Some remote areas in Hawaii and Alaska may take additional time for delivery.
 
Next Day Air Delivery is via Fed Ex Standard Overnight and takes 1 business day. If an order is received on Monday, Next Day Air delivery will be on Tuesday. Orders must be received by 12:00 noon Mountain Time. This option is not available for Hawaii and some parts of Alaska.
  
Shipping Confirmations: If you have provided an email address to us, we will send you a shipping confirmation when your order ships from our warehouse.  The shipping confirmation will include tracking information, if available, for you to track your package until delivery. 
 
Shipping Area: We currently do not ship internationally.  We are working to add these shipping services, but they are not currently available.   
 
Expedited Orders: If you are shipping your order with an expedited delivery option, the order must be placed by 12:00 Noon Mountain Time.
 
Delivery Time: If your order is in stock, we generally process your order within one business day. Our warehouse is located in Colorado. Your delivery time depends on the distance of the shipping address from Colorado and the shipping service level that you choose. Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states is generally 5-10 business days via USPS Parcel Post and 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail after the order is shipped from our warehouse. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery time after the order has shipped from our warehouse.
Inaccurate Billing Information Can Delay Your Order: Orders submitted with the wrong billing information need to be verified and can delay shipment of your order from our warehouse. Please provide accurate billing information (billing address and phone number) as stated on your credit card statement so that your order will not be delayed.
 
Inaccurate Shipping Addresses Can Delay Your Order: Orders are shipped to the addresses provided.  An inaccurate address will delay your order and can cause additional shipping charges. Please provide accurate address information!  Creating an account with your address information can help ensure accurate address information from order to order.
 
Holidays Can Increase Delivery Times: Be sure to allow enough time during holiday seasons to ensure timely delivery. 
Shipping Gifts: If you are shipping a gift, make sure your gift recipient knows they should be expecting the order so they do not refuse delivery.  Please double check the address to make sure the address you provide us is accurate. 
 
Shipping to Multiple Addresses: We do not have a way to split an order and ship to multiple addresses.  If you want to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place an order for each address.
