Molded Chocolate Shapes: Sweetened chocolate (bars or bags of chips), coconut oil, small candies (for filling eggs).
Chocolate-Dipped Marshmallows: corn syrup, sugar, egg whites, gelatin (powdered or in sheets), dark chocolate, coconut oiil, round flat wafer (e.g. Nilla Wafers).
Candy Glazed Fruits: sugar, corn syrup, fresh fruit pieces (e.g. strawberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi).
Hard Candies: sugar, corn syrup, fruit juice (e.g. apple, orange, cherry, raspberry, lemon), tartaric acid (or cream of tartar), food coloring, peppermint extract, fresh herbs (e.g. peppermint, sage, lemon balm), citric acid, baking soda, root beer concentrate. For storage: flour and corn starch.
