| "ELEMENTS OF SCIENCE" Middle School Science Kit Description:
100 Experiments in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
Why does a metal ship float? How heavy is air? How does a weather vane know which way the wind is blowing? Why do they put salt on icy roads? How does a musical instrument make sound? How does your ear hear sound?
Which falls faster: A heavy ball or a light one? Why does a compass point to the north? How is a battery like a pump? How does a motor turn electricity into motion?
How is a microscope different from a telescope? Why does a plant grow toward the light? Why does iron rust? Why do we have day and night? What color do you get when you mix red and green light? This kit answers these questions AND MANY MORE!
Investigate the most important phenomena in biology, chemistry, and physics by conducting more than 100 fun experiments.
A broad, yet elaborate introduction to the physical and life sciences, this kit is intended to expose children to the full spectrum of science and show firsthand how these three core disciplines interrelate.
The full-color, 112-page book guides your experiments and discoveries.

Product Notes for International Shipping:
We are sorry, but we cannot ship science kits with chemicals out of the country for several reasons.
1. Countries generally do not allow chemicals to be imported without a specific export/import license. Licenses are available through a rigorous process for wholesale importers who import large quantities of their products for manufacturing and/or re-sale purposes.
2. For Canada: Thames & Kosmos science kits with chemicals, store these chemicals in tubes with red caps. These storage tubes are not consistent with Canadian standards for chemical storage, and therefore cannot be imported into Canada. Thames & Kosmos science kits that include chemicals are: Chem C500, Chem C1000, Chem C2000, Chem C3000, Milestones in Science, and Elements of Science.
In addition, ELEMENTS OF SCIENCE includes magnets. Many countries do not allow magnets to be imported.
