A NOTE FROM LAURI:
Easily portable. The packaging snaps closed, and the puzzles are attached with a spiral binding. Although there is a magnetic board, the packaging is suprisingly light and easily slips into a purse, backpack for easy portability. Since the puzzles are attached they won't be lost. Finally the pieces have a solid magnetic attachment to the magnetic board. Great packaging for easy travelling and portability!
Nice sized puzzle pieces for a travel set. All "true" tangram puzzles include 7 puzzle pieces that are made from a square (see example in picture above). The puzzle pieces included in this set are made from a 2.5" square. For example, the larger triangles ("a" pieces shown above) have 2 sides of 1.75" and a hypotenuse of 2.5" and the square ("d" piece shown above) edges are 7/8". |
