Return Policy

Bright Kids World wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in unopened and unused condition within 30 days or you may exchange it for an item in our store that is more to your liking. Unfortunately, products returned with any sign of use, or not in original packaging will not be acccepted for refunds. Some products, such as software, CDs, and DVDs are not returnable if the seal or wrap is broken.
 
Returns: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price and any taxes paid. The refund will not include the shipping & handling costs paid.
 
Wrong Item Shipped: If Bright Kids World shipped the wrong item, we will pay for all shipping costs to correct the error, as long as the item is returned unused and in original packaging. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the wrong item.
 
Canceled or Refused Package: If a package is cancelled or refused by the customer or recipient after it has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to the intended destination and return to our warehouse.
 
Incorrect Addresses Provided by Customer: Any additional charges to get a package to the correct address, due to an incorrect address supplied by a customer, are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Damaged Items: If there are any damages upon receipt of your order, you will receive a replacement part or item at no additional cost to you.
 
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are not returnable for cash, and cannot be returned for a refund.
 
Gifts: If your order was a gift, you may exchange the items in your order for other products in the Bright Kids World store. A refund can only be issued back to the buyer.
 
Chargebacks: In the event that a chargeback is requested from a customer through his/her credit card bank, and that chargeback is found to be invalid, the customer will be responsible for any fee(s) that Bright Kids World incurs in recouping the original transaction. Such fees include, but are not limited to, chargeback fees, chargeback reversal fees, and additional processing fees for multiple transactions.
 
Steps to Return item(s):
1.  Call or email our customer service for authorization for your return. Please provide us the name of the items and reason for the return. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.
 
2.  Return the items to Bright Kids World:
  • Pack your order in original packaging or a sturdy box to make sure the products are returned intact.
  • Include the packing slip or a good copy of it. Write the RMA number on the packing slip.
  • For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS (US Postal Service) with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are damaged or lost in shipping. If you add delivery confirmation to your return, your package will be trackable and will serve as evidence of mailing.
  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to contact us about returning it. Once you receive an RMA from us, we need to receive your return at our warehouse within 14 days.
